Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2005 🢒 L300/LW300 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Timing Belt Front Cover Installation

    Object Number: 894303 Size: SH
  1. Install the front timing belt cover.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the front timing belt cover bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the wire harness channel.
  4. Install the power steering pump pulley.
  5. Install the power steering pump pulley bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  6. Install the water pump pulley.
  7. Install the water pump pulley bolts.

    8. Tighten

        • First pass, 8 N·m (71 lb in)
        • Second pass, 30 degrees
        • Final pass, 30 degrees
