Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 898194 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rocker panel molding. Refer to Rocker Panel Molding Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  2. Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  3. Remove the grill. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Grille Replacement in Bumpers.
  4. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  5. Remove the front fascia lower push-in retainers.
  6. Release the fascia to fender attaching tab and remove the fascia.

    7. Object Number: 898192 Size: SH
  7. Remove the bolts from the front fender.
  8. Remove the fender from the front compartment side rail.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 898196 Size: SH
  1. Position the fender to the front compartment side rail.
  2. Align the fender to the door and hood.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolts to the fender.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Slide the fascia into position and secure with the fascia to fender locking tabs.
  5. Install the fascia push-in retainers.
  6. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  7. Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to Rocker Panel Molding Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  8. Install the grill. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Grille Replacement in Bumpers.
  9. Install the headlamp. Refer to . Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
