Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the park brake boot by squeezing the boot on the sides while pulling upwards.

    2. Object Number: 891769 Size: SH
  2. Remove the park brake alarm electrical connector.
  3. Remove the park brake alarm to the park brake lever attachment bolt.
  4. Remove the park brake alarm.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 891769 Size: SH
  1. Position the park brake alarm and install the fastener.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the park brake alarm fastener to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  2. Install the park brake alarm electrical connector.
  3. Install the park brake boot into the console assembly.
