Preliminary Procedures

1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
2. Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
3. Remove the turn signal multifunction switch assembly. Refer to Turn Signal Multifunction Switch Replacement .
4. Remove the turn signal switch bracket. Refer to Turn Signal Switch Bracket Replacement .
5. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement .
6. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
