Purpose / Overview
Effective April 19, a STS Report change will be implemented on the GM Training Website. Beginning that date, only service technicians will appear under the Service Mechanical categories of the STS Report. Profiled body and paint technicians will no longer appear under the Service Mechanical categories. If a body or paint profiled technician is contributing to the dealership’s Service Mechanical requirements, they will need to establish a secondary or tertiary profile of Service Technician.
