Preliminary Procedure Remove the hood latch release handle assembly. Refer to Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Handle Replacement.
1	Driver Knee Bolster Screw (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 2.5 N·m (22 lb in)
2	Driver Knee Bolster Assembly Procedures Disconnect the electrical connections. When replacing the knee bolster, transfer all necessary components.

Remove the hood latch release handle assembly. Refer to Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Handle Replacement.

Driver Knee Bolster Screw (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

3	Retainer Clip (Qty: 5)
