Headlamp Bulb Replacement OUTLOOK TVD and T96

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
1	Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover Tip Rotate the cover counter-clockwise and remove.
2	Headlamp Bulb Procedure Release the wire clip from the bulb and disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the bulb from the lamp assembly.

Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.

Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover

Tip
Rotate the cover counter-clockwise and remove.

Headlamp Bulb

Procedure

Release the wire clip from the bulb and disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the bulb from the lamp assembly.

Headlamp Bulb Replacement Traverse without TVP High Beam

1	Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover Tip Rotate counterclockwise and remove.
2	High Beam Bulb Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section. Tip Disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the bulb.

Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover

Tip
Rotate counterclockwise and remove.

High Beam Bulb

Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section.

Tip
Disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the bulb.

Headlamp Bulb Replacement Traverse with TVP Lo Beam

2	Low Beam / DRL Bulb Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section. Tip Disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the low beam / DRL bulb.

Disconnect the electrical connector in order to remove the low beam bulb socket.

Headlamp Bulb Replacement High Beam without T96

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Front Liner Replacement.
1	Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover Tip Rotate the cover counterclockwise and remove.
2	Headlamp Bulb (High Beam) Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section. Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb socket. Disconnect the bulb socket from the headlamp assembly. Discard the bulb.

Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover

Tip
Rotate the cover counterclockwise and remove.

Headlamp Bulb (High Beam)

Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section.

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb socket.
Disconnect the bulb socket from the headlamp assembly.
Discard the bulb.

Headlamp Bulb Replacement Low Beam without T96

1	Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover Tip Rotate the cover counterclockwise and remove.
2	Headlamp Bulb (Low Beam) Warning: Refer to Halogen Bulb Warning in the Preface section. Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb socket. Release the bulb from the headlamp assembly. Discard the bulb.
