Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2010 🢒 OUTLOOK - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Intake Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 2091450 Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW intake manifold gasket.

    2. Object Number: 2091447 Size: SH
  2. Install the intake manifold assembly.
  3. Install the intake manifold bolts.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2091550 Size: SH
  4. Tighten the intake manifold bolts in the sequence shown.
  5. Tighten the intake manifold bolts in sequence to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).
  6. Tighten the intake manifold bolts a second pass in sequence to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

    7. Object Number: 2133260 Size: SH
  7. Install the fuel pump cover (2).
  8. Install the fuel pump cover bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    9. Object Number: 2091445 Size: SH
  9. Install the evaporative (EVAP) solenoid.
  10. Install the EVAP solenoid bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    11. Object Number: 2091440 Size: SH
  11. Connect the EVAP hose to the upper intake manifold and EVAP solenoid.

    12. Object Number: 2091414 Size: SH
  12. Connect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube assembly to the upper intake manifold and the right camshaft cover.

    13. Object Number: 2091360 Size: SH
  13. Install the brake booster hose to the upper intake manifold.
