Condition
Some customers may comment on any of the following conditions:
| • | The radio locks up while playing CDs, DVDs or MP3/WMA discs. |
| • | The radio will not play CDs or DVDs. |
| • | The disc becomes unplayable and will not eject from the radio. |
| • | A DVD freezes up while playing. |

The conditions listed above usually occur with compromised media, which have scratches and blemishes on the disc. A revised calibration has been developed to improve disc playability against such compromised media. Technicians are to reprogram the radio using SPS with the latest software available on TIS2WEB. Refer to the Service Programming System (SPS) procedures in SI. As always make sure your Tech 2® is updated with the latest software version.
