Condition
Some customers may comment that the OnStar® turn by turn feature is inoperative.
Cause
This condition may be caused by a software anomaly in the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module.
Correction
A revised calibration has been developed to address this condition. Technicians are to reprogram the ABS module using SPS with the latest software available on TIS2WEB. Refer to the Service Programming System (SPS) procedure in SI for more information. As always, make sure your Tech 2® is updated with the latest available software.
