Evaporative Emission Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank Short Wheel Base

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Disconnect and remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge pipe (6) from the EVAP canister (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
3. Disconnect the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe from the EVAP canister (1) and EVAP canister vent solenoid (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
4. Remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe from the fuel tank.
5. Disconnect the EVAP pipe assembly from the EVAP canister (1) and fuel sender module (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
6. Remove the EVAP pipe assembly from the fuel tank.

1. Install the EVAP pipe assembly to the fuel tank.
2. Connect the EVAP pipe assembly to the EVAP canister (1) and fuel sender module (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
3. Install the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the fuel tank.
4. Connect the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the EVAP canister (1) and EVAP canister vent solenoid (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
5. Install and connect the EVAP canister purge pipe (6) to the EVAP canister (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
6. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .

Evaporative Emission Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank Long Wheel Base

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge pipe (6) from the EVAP canister (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
3. Remove the EVAP canister purge pipe from the fuel tank retainer.
4. Disconnect the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe from the EVAP canister (2) and EVAP canister vent solenoid (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
5. Remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe from the fuel tank.
6. Disconnect the EVAP pipe assembly from the EVAP canister (2) and fuel sender module (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
7. Remove the EVAP pipe assembly from the fuel tank.

1. Install the EVAP pipe assembly to the fuel tank.
2. Connect the EVAP pipe assembly to the EVAP canister (2) and fuel sender module (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
3. Install the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the fuel tank.
4. Connect the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the EVAP canister (2) and EVAP canister vent solenoid (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
5. Install the EVAP canister purge pipe (6) into the fuel tank retainer.
6. Connect the EVAP canister purge pipe (6) to the EVAP canister (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
7. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
