Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1829443 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from the air cleaner outlet duct.
  2. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner housing.
  3. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (2) at the turbocharger.
  4. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1829443 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
  2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (2) at the turbocharger.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner housing to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
  4. Connect the PCV tube to the air cleaner outlet duct.
