Complete Information
The GM Service Technical College (STC) releases WBT, IDL and Hands-On training components. Manager approval is not required to enroll in a WBT or IDL component, however, depending on how your dealership is set up within GM Training, you may have a two-step
enrollment process for a Hands-On course, which requires a Service Manager's approval if travel is necessary.
