The window, rear defog, fog lamp, and A/C relays are interchangeable with each other.

Substitute another relay to determine if the problem is fixed.

Replace as needed.

Check for opens/shorts. Check the continuity of the switch in the OPEN, VENT, OFF, and CLOSE positions.
