Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 874334 Size: MF
  1. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector from the wiring harness.
  2. Remove the bolts.
  3. Remove the heat shield.
  4. Remove the spacers from the exhaust manifold, if removing the exhaust manifold.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the spacer to the forward exhaust manifold stud.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the forward exhaust manifold stud to 18 N·m (159 lb in).

  2. Install the spacer to middle location on the exhaust manifold.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the spacer to-exhaust manifold to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the heat shield and fasteners.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners-to-heat shield to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Connect the oxygen sensor connector to the wiring harness.
