Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 870545 Size: SH
  1. Remove accessory drive belt and power steering pump pulley.
  2. Remove shield retaining bolts.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 870545 Size: SH
  1. Install new shield with attaching bolts.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the accessory drive belt shield bolts to 8 N·m (70 lb in).

  2. Install power steering pump pulley and accessory drive belt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the belt tensioner pulley to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
