Blower Motor Noise/Vibration

Debris in the blower

Remove the debris

Damaged blower motor bearing

Replace the blower motor assembly

Blower motor not properly installed

Install the blower motor assembly properly into the retaining groove

Odor From Air Outlets

Module condensate drain plugged

Remove the condensate drain and remove the restriction

Debris in the evaporator case

Remove the blower motor assembly and remove the debris

Temperature Knob - Difficult to Turn/Binds

Pinched temperature cable

Verify the proper routing of the cable

Cable improperly installed to the control head

Verify proper installation

Cable improperly installed into the module adjustment clip

Remove and re-install the cable to the adjustment clip

Debris in the control head gears

Remove the debris from the gears

Recirculation Light Lit - System in Outside Air

System defaults to outside air when defrost or heater/defrost is selected

Position the mode knob to a mode other than defrost or heater/defrost

A/C Compressor On - A/C Not Selected

System defaults to A/C On when defrost or heater/defrost is selected

Position the mode knob to a mode other than defrost or heater/defrost

A/C Compressor Cycling at Low Ambient

Low ambient evaporator freeze protection software
