Symptom	Procedure
Lighter inoperative but bulb is good.	Check 20A mini fuse (IPFB). If fuse is bad, replace. If fuse blows again, check ground circuit 350 (either at I/P console inline or at the console grounding stud. If ground is good, check for power on circuit 740. If power is present, faulty lighter element. If no power, circuit is open.
Lighter is slow to heat.	Check ground 350. If ground is good, check for power on circuit 740. If no power, circuit is open.
Lighter and dimmer inoperative	Check ground 350.
Power outlet inoperative	Check 20A mini fuse (IPFB). If fuse is bad, replace. If fuse blows again, check ground circuit 350 at the I/P splice pack #1. If ground is good, check for power on circuit 740. If no power, circuit is open.
