Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 873138 Size: SH
  1. Remove the clamp and hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.
  2. Remove the hose from the hold down clips.

    3. Object Number: 876917 Size: SH
  3. Remove the clamp and hose from the intake manifold.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 876917 Size: SH
  1. Cut the new hose to length from the bulk roll.
  2. Install the hose and clamp on the intake manifold. Position the clamp at 10 o'clock.

    3. Object Number: 873138 Size: SH

    Notice: Make sure the cooling system deaeration hose does not contact the cowl as it will cause a noise inside the vehicle. It may be necessary to shorten the hose.

  3. Install the hose and clamp on the coolant surge tank. Position the clamp at 11 o'clock.
