Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 876880 Size: SH

    Notice: Cut only deep enough to separate the crimp ring. Take care not to cut the pipe.

    Important: When cutting crimp ring, cut at 30 degree angle to centerline of hose.

  1. Use hacksaw to cut crimp ring.
  2. Use a flat head screwdriver to separate and remove crimp ring from hose.
  3. Remove heater hose from pipe.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 876884 Size: SH
  1. Install thermostat hose on pipe.
  2. Install new clamp on hose. Position clamp at 11 o'clock.
