Rear Folding Seat Back Latch Replacement SL, SL1, SL2, SC1, SC2, SW2

1. Remove the seat back cover. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .



2. Remove the two bolts attaching the seat back latch to the seat frame and remove the latch.

1. Apply Loctite 242® Threadlocker P/N 21485277, or equivalent, to the latch bolts.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the seat back latch to the seat back frame with the latch bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the rear folding seat back latch fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the seat back cover. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
