Body Lock Pillar Trim Finish Molding Replacement - Lower Sedan/Wagon
Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to
Rear Seat Cushion Replacement
in Seats.
- Remove the rear seat carpet retainer molding.
- Lower the rear seat back.
- Remove the body lock trim finish molding by pulling firmly, starting at
the bottom of the molding to disengage the clips.
- Slide the molding out from under the body lock pillar upper trim finish
molding and the weatherstrip.
Installation Procedure
- Slide the body lock trim finish molding upper tab into the body lock pillar
upper trim finish molding.
- Line up the attaching clips and firmly snap the body lock trim finish
molding into place.
Important: The outboard tabs of the body lock pillar trim finish molding must be positioned
under the weatherstrip after installation.
- Install the rear seat carpet retainer molding.
- Raise the rear seat back assembly.
- Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to

in Seats.
