Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide service information on the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs):
| • | DTC 47-LEFT FRONT MOTOR CIRCUIT CURRENT LOW |
| • | DTC 48-RIGHT FRONT MOTOR CIRCUIT CURRENT LOW |
| • | DTC 51-REAR MOTOR CIRCUIT CURRENT LOW |
When diagnosing any of the above DTCs, use the new diagnostic chart in this bulletin to diagnose the applicable motor. To reduce confusion, the ABS Module under the hood has been renamed ABS Module-Hydraulic Unit in the new diagnostic chart in this bulletin.
Important: New diagnostic chart in this bulletin can also be used to update DTCs 47, 48, and 51 diagnostic charts in 1991 - 1999 S-Series Brakes Service Manuals.
