Call authorized Electronic Service Centers (ESC) to exchange radios for affected models/RPOs.

Don't call the PQC or order a new radio from Saturn Service Parts Operations for affected models/RPOs.

Passenger side air bag trim cover is not flush with I/P

Reinstall the air bag so the air bag trim cover is flush with the I/P pad.

Don't replace the air bag.

Inform the owner of normal characteristics of the driveline.

Don't replace any driveline components unless indicated by SI diagnostics.

Close both doors before closing the hood.

Don't close the hood before closing the doors if the door(s) is in the first detent.

Reprogram the radio with new calibrations available in April, 2006.

Don't replace the BCM before checking the ignition switch.

Replace the lower auxiliary seal strip on each affected door.

Don't simply remove the old seals.

Install an auxiliary drain tube extension.

Don't replace the HVAC lower case.

Inspect the secondary fuel sender connection and replace the primary fuel pump module if necessary.

Don't replace the fuel sender card, IP cluster, or reprogram the ECM/PCM.

Review bulletin 06-08-58-002, replace the windshield upper reveal molding, if necessary).

Don't replace the windshield.

Add foam strip to IP end panel support to ensure that the door jamb switch opens.

Don't replace the door jamb switch or the BCM.

Check the seat back (heated seat) 4-way connector for intermittent contact.

Don't replace the PPS sensor.

Intermittent poor AC performance or vapor from vents

Verify that the temperature sensor cavity is packed with thermal grease.

Don't replace the TXV.

Radio setup after radio install (all radios)

Use Saturn Service Stall system to configure the radio to vehicle.

Don't return the vehicle to customer after radio installation without configuring the radio with SSS.
