1. Remove the screws.
2. Carefully pull the endcap assembly outward at the clip locations.



3. Carefully remove the duct from the outlet housing.
4. Remove the housing from the endcap.
5. Remove the vane assembly from the housing.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the endcap assembly by pushing in at the clip locations.
2. Install and tighten the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the I/P endcap retaining screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).




3. Install the vane assembly to the housing, the large pivot on the bottom.
4. Install the housing to the endcap.
5. Install the duct to the housing.
