SSPO uses various tools to conimunicate pertinent information and support parts operations. The intent of this bulletin is to provide Parts Managers with an inventory checklist for identifying, managing and using various Retail Parts Communications and Reference Tools, and for recognizing those tools most critical to daily parts operations.
