Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 860932 Size: SH
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . The outer panel is removed in the illustration to show the location.
  2. Remove the door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door frame outer seal. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the bolt, drill out the rivets, and remove the window guide.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the window guide with new rivets and attach the lower bolt loosely.
  2. Install the rear door frame outer seal. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  3. Install the door window and check for proper operation and alignment. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the window guide.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door front window guide bolt (Sedan/Wagon) to 7.5 N·m (67 lb in).

  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
