Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2002 🢒 VUE - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.0L (L81) 🢒 Engine Coolant Crossover Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Lift and support the intake manifold. Refer to CELL LINK 40166.
  3. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector at the coolant bridge.
  5. Disconnect the coolant hoses at the coolant bridge.

    6. Object Number: 895745 Size: SH
  6. Remove the coolant bridge bolts.
  7. Remove the coolant bridge.
  8. Remove all 4 seals at the coolant bridge.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 895745 Size: SH
  1. Clean and dry the area before installing new seals.
  2. Install the lower seals into position.
  3. Install the coolant bridge.
  4. Install the upper seals into position.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the coolant bridge bolt.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the coolant bridge bolt to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

  6. Connect the electrical connector at the coolant bridge.
  7. Connect the coolant hoses at the coolant bridge.

    8. Object Number: 959177 Size: SH
  8. Install the intake manifold. Refer to CELL LINK 40166.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable.

    10. Tighten
    Tighten the battery terminal bolt to 17 N·m (13 lb ft).

  10. Fill the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
