Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1145169 Size: SH
  1. Remove the nuts from the clutch pedal assembly studs.

    2. Object Number: 1145170 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the clutch master cylinder pushrod from the clutch pedal, 1st design.

    3. Object Number: 1145185 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the clutch master cylinder pushrod from the clutch pedal, 2nd design.

    4. Object Number: 1145221 Size: SH
  4. Remove the clutch position switch from the clutch pedal assembly by sliding it upward.
  5. Remove the bolt from the clutch pedal assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1145169 Size: SH
  1. Install the clutch pedal assembly bolt to the clutch pedal assembly.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  2. Install the clutch position switch by sliding it downward.

    3. Object Number: 1145170 Size: SH
  3. Install the clutch master cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal assembly, 1st design.

    4. Object Number: 1145185 Size: SH
  4. Install the clutch master cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal assembly, 2nd design.

    5. Object Number: 1145169 Size: SH
  5. Install the clutch pedal assembly nuts to the clutch pedal assembly studs.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).
