The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
No forward or reverse gears or line pressure after a valve body replacement on a VT25E transaxle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
A new valve body does not come with spacer plate. Tech installed new valve body without transferring over the spacer plate. Install spacer plate from original valve body in new valve body or order new spacer plate from the parts dept.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
