Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2004 🢒 VUE - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.5L (L66) 🢒 Timing Belt Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  2. Remove the right splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the engine balancer using the EN 46337 .

    4. Object Number: 1336940 Size: SH
  4. Remove the timing belt cover bolts (8).
  5. Remove the timing belt cover (7).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1336940 Size: SH
  1. Install the timing belt cover (7).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the timing belt cover bolts (8).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in) .

  3. Install the engine balancer using the EN 46337 .
  4. Install the splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement in Body Front End.
  5. Install the engine drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
