SIR Light on DTC B0062 or B0070 - keywords AIR code rail restraint roof RRAB system wire

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

SIR light is on with a DTC B0062 or B0070. There is no flow chart in eSI for these codes and the Tech 2 will not have a description for these codes. These codes are for the Roof Rail Air Bags (RRAB) system. The following is the description for each code.

B0062 Left Front/Driver Roof Rail/Head Curtain Bag Deployment Loop Open

B0070 Right Front/Passenger Roof Rail/Head Curtain Bag Deployment Loop Open

For the B0062 follow the flow chart for DTC B0041 Left Front/Driver Side Deployment Loop Open.

For the B0070 Follow the flow chart for DTC B0029 Right Front/Passenger Side Deployment Loop Open.
