Important:
• 2006 model year and later engines use a second design timing belt drive sprocket and powertrain control module (PCM). • The second design drive sprocket is NOT interchangeable with the first design 2004-2005 applications.
• | The 2004-2005 applications use a first design sprocket with rectangular shaped teeth (1). |
• | The 2006 and later applications use a second design sprocket with trapezoid shaped teeth (2). |
Important: The PCM must perform the idle learn procedure to determine the minimum throttle position and to establish idle speed when any of the following components are replaced:
• Throttle body • Timing belt • Timing belt drive sprocket • Crankshaft and bearings

Tighten
Tighten the nuts and bolts to 9.8 N·m (87 lb in).
