Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2007 🢒 VUE - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.5L (L66) 🢒 Valve Rocker Arm Cover Installation - Left Side

    Object Number: 897114 Size: SH
  1. Install NEW valve rocker arm cover grommets and use NEW valve rocker arm cover bolts if they are serviced with the grommet.
  2. Install NEW seals (540), NEW gasket (541), cover (542), and bolts (543).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the bolts in sequence.

    4. Tighten

    1. Tighten the bolts a first pass to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
    2. Tighten the bolts a final pass to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
  4. Apply anti-seize compound GM P/N 21485279 to the threads of the spark plugs.

    5. Object Number: 897113 Size: SH
  5. Install the spark plugs (706).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the spark plugs to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).

  6. Install the ignition coils (707) and bolts (708).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  7. Install the oil level indicator (429) and NEW O-rings (441).
  8. Install the NEW O-rings (549 and 550), positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve (551) and bolt (552).

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  9. Install the NEW O-ring (546) and cap (545).
