Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2007 🢒 VUE - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.5L (L66) 🢒 Valve Rocker Arm Cover Installation - Right Side

    Object Number: 897116 Size: SH
  1. Install NEW valve rocker arm cover grommets and use NEW valve rocker arm cover bolts if they are serviced with the grommet.
  2. Install NEW seals (540), NEW gasket (541), cover (542), NEW grommets (544) and bolts (543).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1197327 Size: SH
  3. Tighten the bolts in sequence.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  4. Apply anti-seize compound GM P/N 21485279 to the threads of the spark plugs.

    5. Object Number: 897115 Size: SH
  5. Install the spark plugs (706).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the spark plugs to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).

  6. Install the ignition coils (707) and bolts (708).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
