Important: The evaporative emission (EVAP) vent solenoid is located on the top of the EVAP canister.

1. Remove the EVAP canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
2. Turn the EVAP vent solenoid counter clockwise and remove from the EVAP canister.

1. Install the EVAP vent solenoid by gently turning the solenoid clockwise until it clicks into position.
2. Install the EVAP canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
