The indicator illuminates in the IPC when the ECM detects the vehicle is achieving a better than normal fuel economy and sends a serial data message to the IPC to turn the indicator ON. This indicator can be disabled or enabled from the DIC switch (stem) when SET ECO HOLD is displayed by choosing ON or OFF. | ||||||||||
