The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The doors may not unlock intermittently after shifting to park. This may be induced if the shift lever is moved slowly to the park position.
Recommendation/Instructions:
No repairs should be made for this concern. This is a normal characteristic of this vehicle. It will be necessary to instruct the customer to move the shift lever quicker to the park position.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
