Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 VUE - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 1 (Right Side) Exhaust

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1889265 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the bank 1 exhaust camshaft position (CMP) sensor (8).

    3. Object Number: 1285252 Size: SH
  3. Remove the CMP sensor bolt.
  4. Remove the CMP sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1285252 Size: SH
  1. Install the CMP sensor.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the CMP sensor bolt. Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1889265 Size: SH
  3. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the bank 1 exhaust CMP sensor (8).
  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
