Loss of Engine Power and/or Internal Rattles in the muffler. | Dislodged tuning tubes and/or baffles in the muffler. | Replace the muffler. |
Poor acceleration and/or hesitation. | Damaged exhaust pipe. | Replace the exhaust pipe. |
Plugged 3-way catalytic converter (may result from a serious engine malfunction). | Inspect the exhaust back pressure and replace the 3-way catalytic converter, exhaust pipe, or muffler as required. |
