Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement L61

1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling

Remove the outlet hose-to-radiator clamp and hose.




2. Remove the radiator outlet hose-to-engine port clamp and hose.
3. If the vehicle is equipped with L81, removal of the battery box/UHFB assembly will be necessary. Refer to Battery Cooling Box procedure in this service manual.

1. Install the outlet hose end marked eng to the engine port and orient the H at the 12 o'clock position.
2. Install the clamp in the 12 o'clock position



3. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator with the H at the 12 o'clock position.
4. Install the clamp in the 5 o'clock position.
5. If L81, install the battery box/UHFB assembly.
