Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 963963 Size: SH
  1. Loosen clamp at the air cleaner assembly and throttle body assembly.
  2. Remove the attachment bolts from the outlet resonator/duct assembly to support bracket.
  3. Remove the outlet resonator/duct assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 963963 Size: SH
  1. Install the outlet resonator/duct assembly into position.
  2. Tighten the clamp at the throttle body assembly.
  3. Position the outlet resonator/duct assembly to support bracket and install the bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the outlet resonator/duct assembly-to-support bracket bolts 6-cylinder to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Tighten the clamp at the air cleaner assembly.
