Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 945432  Size: SH
  1. Remove the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement removal procedure in Body and Accessories.
  2. Separate the transaxle oil cooler lines from the radiator.
  3. Remove the oil cooler line-to-radiator bracket bolt.

  4. Object Number: 948926  Size: SH
  5. Remove the battery box inlet air duct.

  6. Object Number: 948958  Size: SH
  7. Remove the condenser splash shield.

  8. Object Number: 948980  Size: SH
  9. Remove the upper CRFM bracket assemblies.

  10. Object Number: 949086  Size: MH
  11. Unclip the condenser from the radiator.
  12. Unclip the transaxle oil cooler from the radiator and remove.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 949086  Size: MH
  1. Clip the transaxle oil cooler to the radiator.
  2. Clip the condenser to the radiator.

  3. Object Number: 948980  Size: SH
  4. Install the upper CRFM bracket assemblies.

  5. Object Number: 948958  Size: SH
  6. Install the condenser splash shield.

  7. Object Number: 948926  Size: SH
  8. Install the battery box inlet air duct.
  9. Install the oil cooler line-to-radiator bracket bolt.

  10. Object Number: 945432  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  11. Connect the transaxle oil cooler lines to the radiator.
  12. Tighten
    Tighten the transaxle cooler line fittings to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).

  13. Install the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement installation procedure in Body and Accessories.
