Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2002 🢒 VUE - FWD 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Body Rear End 🢒 Quarter Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.
  3. Remove the tail lamp. Refer to Tail Lamp Assembly and /or Backup, Sidemarker, Stop, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  4. Remove the fuel filler cap strap from the fuel filler door.

    5. Object Number: 929738 Size: SH
  5. Remove the quarter panel to body bolts and nuts.
  6. Remove the quarter panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. If you are replacing the quarter panel with a new one, transfer the fascia mounting brackets and the fuel door to the new quarter panel. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 929738 Size: SH
  2. Position the quarter panel to the body of the vehicle.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the quarter panel to body bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the quarter panel to body bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  4. Install the quarter panel to body nuts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the quarter panel to body nuts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  5. Install the fuel filler cap strap.
  6. Install the tail lamp. Refer to Tail Lamp Assembly and /or Backup, Sidemarker, Stop, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  7. Install the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.
  8. Install the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement .
