The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
No reverse after a case cover assembly is replaced in a VT25E transaxle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The reverse clutch hub is still attached to the original case cover assembly. Remove the reverse clutch hub from the original case cover assembly and install on new case cover assembly.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
