Timing Belt Idler Pulley Replacement for Saturn VUE - FWD 2005

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 897062 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolt (238).
  3. Remove the pulley (239).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 897062 Size: SH
  1. Install the pulley (239).

    2. Important: Do not tighten the idler pulley bolt (238) at this time. The idler pulley bolt is to be tightened during the timing belt installation procedure.

  2. Install the bolt (238).
  3. Install the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
