Crankshaft Position Sensor Replacement for Saturn VUE - FWD 2005

1. Remove the engine front cover . Refer to Timing Belt Cover Replacement in Engine Mechanical - 3.5L.



2. Remove the timing belt guide (703).
3. Remove the crank sensor and harness.

1. Install the crank sensor and harness.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the timing belt guide (703).

Tighten
Tighten the timing belt fasteners to 10 N·m (88 lb in).

3. Install the front cover . Refer to Timing Belt Cover Replacement in Engine Mechanical - 3.5L.
4. Perform the idle learn procedure. Refer to Idle Learn in Engine Controls - 3.5L (L66).
