Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1236195 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil flow control module.
  4. Clean and inspect the oil flow control module sealing area.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1236195 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW oil flow control module screen.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the oil flow control module and bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  3. Install a new oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
  4. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
