Preliminary Procedure Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
1	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Nut Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 16 N·m (12 lb ft)
2	Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) Nut Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
3	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly
4	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Washer Seal Tip Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
5	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Washer Seal Tip Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .

1	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Nut Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 16 N·m (12 lb ft)
2	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Washer Seal Tip Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
3	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Bolt Tighten 10 N·m (89 lb in)
4	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Nut Tighten 10 N·m (89 lb in)
5	Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) Nut Tighten 20 N·m (15 lb ft)
6	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly
7	A/C Compressor Hose Assembly Washer Seal Tip Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
