The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The customer may complain that the heated seats are inoperative on their VUE Redline.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Heated seats are not available on the VUE Redline. The VUE Redline may have Floor Flood Lamps/Footwell Lamps RPO C2B. The switches for these lamps are in the same location that the heated seat switches would be. Do not confuse the Floor Flood Lamps/Footwell Lamps switches for heated seat switches.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
